Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS: There is a 15 minute grace period. Beyond this, your service may be shortened/ altered to protect the following bookings.
REFUNDS: Services are non-refundable. If you have any concern with your nails, please contact us within 72 hours & we will arrange time for an adjustment.
